Responsible for: Leading the Strategic Services Group for
SmartReply, directing client portfolio strategy, service
management and solution design that leverages existing and
emerging media technologies in voice, mobile and electronic
marketing.

Scott’s professional experience has ranged from organizations

results associated with thousands of direct marketing

Joe Dacey,
Group Director, Strategic Services Group
Responsible for: Constructing overall voice and mobile
marketing strategy and direction for a group of clients and
Strategic Service team personnel, while serving as the
day-to-day lead contact on key engagements.

Joe brings several years of client services experience with a
focus on retail, CPG and web marketing strategy. As a
"ground floor" member of SmartBargains.com, Joe was an
integral part of the company's rapid success increasing the
subscriber base from 60k to 925k in only one year.
Prior to joining SmartReply, Joe was an Account Director and
Senior Data Strategist at Euro RSCG 4D Discovery in
Richmond, VA where his clients included Diageo, VW and ACE
Disaster Mortgage Protection to name a few. Joe also worked
at Harte Hanks as the Sr. Database Analyst and Marketing
Strategist managing such clients as The Sports Authority,
Toys R Us, Volvo and The Children's Place.
Early in his career, Joe worked for MediaOne/AT&T Broadband
where he was responsible for retention and acquisition
marketing and was co-developer of the now industry adopted
"Bundle Package". Joe received his degree in Research
Methods and Analysis from Dalhousie University in Halifax,
Nova Scotia Canada.

agency specializing in the hi-tech vertical. There, he held a key role overseeing all components of his clients' programs
which included market research, creative development, direct mail and e-mail, sales support tools and collateral
development, lead generation campaigns, and telecontact services, as well as managed all direct client communication
with fortune 500 companies, including Xerox, Fujitsu, BASF, Lucent Technologies and Owens-Illinois.

Dan Jones,
VP Channel Development, Consumer Packaged Goods
Responsible for : Leading the growth and development of the
Grocery channel, working closely with both retailers and
manufacturers.
Prior to SmartReply, Dan held roles in Marketing, Sales, and
Finance with industry leading companies such as Nestle,
Johnson & Johnson, Borden and Catalina Marketing. Dan has
worked with a wide array of brands, from regional pasta
brands to iconic national brands such as Classico, Hunt's,
Nestle Toll House Morsels and ReaLemon. Dan was a customer
of targeted marketing services when leading brands, and
successfully sold targeted marketing services when working
for Catalina.
Dan's financial background is a strong asset that enables him
to quickly and efficiently design cost-effective programs
for his clients. Dan received his BSBA in Accounting from
Bucknell University.
